Welcome to Architexture Hues. By engaging our interior design services, you're agreeing to a collaboration rooted in mutual respect. We're dedicated to transforming your space into something spectacular without breaking the bank.
Our scope of work includes space planning, color consultation, and furniture selection. While we provide renovation support, please remember that we don't act as the structural engineer or general contractor. We advocate for your style, but the final hammer swing rests with your chosen tradespeople.
Budget & Payments
Why do we emphasize budget home decor? Because great style shouldn't be a financial burden. All design fees must be paid according to the schedule outlined in your specific design package.
Payments for furniture or materials sourced through Architexture Hues are required upfront. We've worked hard to find vendors that offer high value for lower costs, ensuring every dollar spent adds tangible beauty to your Empire Boulevard home or beyond.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, mood boards, and space plans created by Architexture Hues remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. We're proud of our work! We reserve the right to photograph completed projects for our portfolio, though we'll always respect your privacy by excluding personal identifiers.
You'll receive a limited license to implement the design for your specific project address once the account is settled in full.
Liability Limitations
We strive for perfection, but design is an art. Architexture Hues isn't liable for incidental damages, manufacturer delays, or the quality of third-party contractor work. We're here to guide, consult, and inspire.
Should any dispute arise, we believe in sitting down for a coffee and a conversation first. If we can't settle it there, the legal seat will be the courts of New York, USA.
